Content on this site describes our excavation, demolition, and site-utility services and is provided for information. Estimates given on the site or by phone are not binding until confirmed in a written proposal.

SMS terms

Program name: Diversified Excavating & Site Utilities, LLC customer care messaging.

Description: One-to-one customer-care text messages about your quote request, project details, scheduling, and service updates. We do not use this program for marketing promotions, purchased lists, bulk messaging, review solicitation, or internal message forwarding.

How to opt in: select the optional SMS checkbox on an Ann Arbor quote form, or independently text our published business number. The checkbox starts unchecked. You may submit the form without selecting it and receive calls or email only. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: varies by project.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming you are opted out.
